KLOW. Four of the most-researched recovery peptides. One vial.
An 80mg pre-mixed blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV — engineered to combine four distinct mechanisms of tissue repair, anti-inflammatory signaling, and cellular regeneration in a single reconstitution.
Ten of a vial at 40% off run $450, which is $45 a vial and $0.56 per milligram. The ladder is 2 vials 5%, 3+ vials 10%, 5-pack 25%, 10-pack 40%, off the single-vial price, applied in the cart. Any mixed box of ten vials across sizes or products takes 25% off.
Four peptides. Four mechanisms. One synergistic recovery formula.
KLOW isn't a two-peptide stack — it's a four-peptide formula built around GHK-Cu as the anchor, with BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV each contributing a complementary mechanism. The 50mg GHK-Cu weighting reflects its role as the structural compound of the blend, and the three 10mg supporting peptides round out the recovery profile across angiogenic, cellular migration, and anti-inflammatory pathways.
What Each Compound Brings
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine) bound to copper(II). It has been studied since the 1970s for effects on collagen synthesis, antioxidant response, and tissue remodeling. The copper component is essential — GHK without copper is a different molecule with different activity. GHK-Cu makes up the bulk of the KLOW blend because it operates on connective tissue and skin pathways that the other three peptides don't directly address.
BPC-157 is a partial sequence derived from a protective protein found in gastric juice. Animal research has explored its effects on tendon-to-bone healing, ligament repair, muscle tear models, and gastrointestinal integrity. The proposed mechanisms include angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), upregulation of growth factors like VEGF and EGF, and modulation of nitric oxide pathways. It works largely at the site of injury.
TB-500 is a synthetic version of the active region of Thymosin Beta-4, a peptide involved in cell migration and tissue repair. It binds G-actin and regulates the cytoskeletal dynamics that govern how cells move into and remodel damaged tissue. Unlike BPC-157, TB-500 acts systemically and over a longer time course.
KPV is a three-amino-acid fragment (lysine-proline-valine) derived from the C-terminal of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH). It has been studied for anti-inflammatory effects, particularly in gastrointestinal and mucosal research. KPV is the most recent addition to the recovery peptide research category and adds an anti-inflammatory dimension that the other three peptides don't directly cover.
Four peptides means four lines to read. A blend COA is only useful if it resolves each component, so ours is run as a component test: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV each report their own peak and their own share of the vial, and the split is documented rather than assumed from the label.
Check the milligram figure on each line against the label. The smallest peptide in the vial is the one most vendors skip, so read that line first.
Each peptide covers a different angle of recovery. Together they form one of the most comprehensive recovery blends in the research literature.
What's in the Vial
One lyophilized vial containing 50mg GHK-Cu, 10mg BPC-157, 10mg TB-500, and 10mg KPV pre-blended, for a total of 80mg active peptide. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Tested for purity by third-party HPLC analysis. COA available on this product page.
- Four distinct, non-overlapping recovery mechanisms in a single vial
- GHK-Cu anchors the formula with collagen and connective tissue effects
- BPC-157 contributes localized tissue healing and angiogenic signaling
- TB-500 contributes systemic cellular migration and remodeling
- KPV contributes anti-inflammatory and mucosal-tissue effects
- Pre-mixed eliminates the four-vial reconstitution and four-draw step
- One of the most comprehensive recovery blends available pre-mixed
Why This Ratio
The 50:10:10:10 weighting puts GHK-Cu at five times the amount of each supporting peptide because GHK-Cu is researched and discussed at higher absolute amounts in the literature than BPC-157, TB-500, or KPV. A 1:1:1:1 split at 20mg each would either underdose GHK-Cu or massively overdose the supporting peptides relative to their research ranges. The weighted ratio is built so each peptide lands in the range it's actually studied at when researchers draw from a single vial.
About the Name
"KLOW" is the community shorthand for this specific four-peptide recovery formula, derived from the first letters and abbreviations of its components. The name has become widely used in peptide research circles as a standard reference for this combination, making it easier for researchers to compare protocols and notes on a consistent formulation rather than describing the four-peptide combination each time.
Research Context
Each of the four peptides in KLOW has its own body of preclinical research stretching back decades for GHK-Cu (since the 1970s), TB-500 / Thymosin Beta-4 (since the 1980s), and BPC-157 (since the 1990s). KPV is the most recently studied of the four. None are FDA-approved for human use, and combination research at the four-peptide level is community-driven rather than formally published. Researchers using KLOW are operating ahead of the formal evidence base on the blend itself, even though each individual peptide has its own established literature.
Stacking Notes
KLOW is itself a four-peptide stack and is rarely combined further. The most common pairing in research protocols is with GH-axis peptides (Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295) for broader anabolic context, or with SLU-PP-332 or MOTS-c for metabolic and mitochondrial pathways that recovery peptides don't directly address. No published data exists on KLOW combined with other compounds.
